New Team Management Functionality

I've spent many hours writing reports on my players then creating a file and sending it out to the parents of the player to read and digest. If only there was functionality to make that job easier and to allow me to make notes about players throughout the season rather than doing it in one go.

Well now you can with a Cupello subscription to help you with player reflections, reporting and player development – with a simple press of the button you can generate instant player reports via notifications.

This fantastic new functionality means you can now send your reports out making it easier to explain to parents and players throughout the season how the player is progressing and what plans to develop him/her in the future.

It allows you to interact with your players when you are not coaching them, and gives them an insight into how they are valued by the club and makes them feel much more like part of your team family.

If you havent created your players already why not log in now an populate your team along with their email address so you can keep everyone in the loop.

TEAM MANAGEMENT PLAYER EMAIL

1. Log in
2. Go to MyCupello
3. Then click on Team Management
4. Select your team if you have one created already
5. Add a new player or edit existing
6. Add players email 
7. Save

PLAYER REPORT NOTIFICATIONS

1. Go to Player Reporting 
2. Create a Player Report  
3. If you have added an email for that specific player - hit the green email buttton to send the player your report
